About the artwork

A large teal parrot perches at the center of the scene, his feathers painted in rich layers of emerald and midnight blue and topped with a small golden crown. Around him, monstera leaves, fan palms and ivory-veined foliage fan out in teal, silver-green and cream.

Fine gold edges and golden fern sprays light up the leaves, so the whole wall glows in a very upmarket way. It is playful and regal at the same time.

Where it works best

  • Boutique, jewelry store or showroom: a luxe backdrop behind display cases and a burl wood counter
  • Hair salon or beauty studio: an elegant wall behind cream salon chairs with gold bases
  • Lounge or cocktail bar: an emerald wall behind a burgundy velvet sofa
  • Entry, dressing room or living room: a glamorous focal point with teal poufs and brass accents

How to style it

  • Burgundy and plum velvet against teal
  • Brass, gold and burl wood
  • Cream bouclé and marble to keep it light

How to order
