At Golden Era Walls, we strive to ensure that every mural serves as a masterpiece for your home. Because each of our murals is custom printed to your exact wall dimensions and selected material, such as Smooth Polyester or Vinyl, we operate under a bespoke production model. This means we do not hold stock, and every order is individually inspectedfor excellence before it is shipped in our signature archival packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your mural arrives damaged during transit or contains a printing defect, we will provide a complimentary replacement immediately.

  • Report Window: Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your package.
  • Evidence: To expedite your claim, please provide clear photographs of the damaged wallpaper and the shipping tube.
  • Resolution: Once the defect is verified, we will prioritize a new production run for your order at no additional cost.

Bespoke and Custom Orders

Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, which are crafted to your specific measurements, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or installation errors.

  • Precision Matters: We strongly recommend following our Measurement Guide before placing your order to ensure a perfect fit.
  • Samples: If you are uncertain about a color or material, we encourage ordering a sample pack to experience our ISO-certified colors and smooth finishes in your own lighting.

Cancellations

As we move quickly into our zero-waste production cycle, orders can only be cancelled within 6 hours of placement. Once the printing process for your bespoke mural has begun, the order can no longer be retracted.
