Agreement of Service
Golden Era Walls is a premier provider of exquisite custom wallpapers designed to define the Art of Atmosphere.These terms and conditions govern your purchase of bespoke goods from our boutique. By placing an order through our secure portal, you agree to be bound by these professional standards and policies.
Bespoke Order Cancellation
Because we operate a zero-waste and print-on-demand philosophy, our production cycle begins shortly after an order is confirmed. You have the right to cancel or modify your order within 6 hours of placement. Once this window has passed and your mural has entered our advanced digital printing phase, we are unable to accept cancellations or retraction of the order.
Returns and Bespoke Quality Guarantee
We do not offer refunds or returns for customized products or murals printed to specific wall dimensions provided by the client. Every order is inspected by hand by our highly skilled team to ensure it meets our luxury standards.
- Defective Items: If a mural is found to be defective due to a printing error on our part, we will provide a complimentary replacement.
- Pre-Installation Inspection: Please inspect your wallpaper thoroughly before installation. We cannot accept claims or provide replacements once the product has been applied to the wall.
- Installation Errors: Golden Era Walls is not responsible for errors made by third-party installers or for damage caused by improper surface preparation.
Payment and Security
We provide a secure checkout experience using industry-standard SSL encryption. We accept payments via major Credit and Debit Cards, as well as PayPal and digital wallets for your convenience.
Production and Global Delivery
We strive to fulfill every bespoke order within our 2 to 4 day boutique production cycle.
- Shipping Timelines: Estimated delivery times are approximations. While we ensure your order is securely packed in archival tubes, we are not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers.
- Transit Damage: If your package arrives damaged, please sign for it as damaged upon delivery and contact our Customer Concierge immediately.
- Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs duties or local taxes charged by the destination country.

We utilize the Epson UltraChrome GS3 ink system to achieve the highest level of color vibrancy and indoor safety.
- Digital Variation: Minor color variations may occur between your digital screen and the final printed material due to varying monitor settings.
- Precision Matching: For clients seeking exact color matching, we strongly recommend ordering a sample swatchbefore purchasing a full-scale mural.
